To close out a remarkable year on the French Riviera, while looking toward what 2024 has to offer,  I thought I’d showcase some long-term property villa rentals in the region for those planning on moving to this part of France next year.

Typically before people move here, people have come on scouting trips seeking out a property to buy in an area they would like to live in. Some people also want to “test the waters” so to speak, and see how they like living in a location first before committing to buy, especially if their previous visits have been brief. All completely understandable, as every village and city, location by the sea or in the countryside here has its vibe and list of amenities available.

Purchasing a property in France also takes its own time in the hands of a notary which can be a minimum of three months before getting the keys to your new home.

So finding a place to settle, even for a little while lessens the stress of a big move, slowly integrates, and helps you take those steps to fully move into a location.

With that, some people are also simply looking for a long-term villa rental property, so here are some options to give you an idea.
