It's that time of the year once again when the Nice Carnival takes center stage as the premier international Carnival in France, marking the most significant winter event on the Côte d’Azur.
Recognized as one of the world's largest carnivals attracting thousands of visitors, and the foremost winter celebration on the Cote d’Azur, Nice Carnival stands among the three most renowned and enchanting carnivals globally, alongside Rio and Venice.
With its origins tracing back 151 years, the carnival's 2024 edition, themed "King of Pop Culture," promises festivities from February 17 to March 3, 2024.
Over two weeks, the city of Nice comes alive with the vibrant "Carnival Parades" ("Corsi") taking place day and night. The elegant "Flower Parades" are also featured, creating an unmissable event.
Attendees can anticipate a spectacle of floats adorned and showcased in alignment with the season's theme, accompanied by street art troupes and musical groups representing diverse backgrounds from around the world. All of this unfolds in a lively, colorful, and family-friendly atmosphere.
